Your name, phone number and, optionally, email, Instagram handle and any notes you write when booking or sending a message.

Purposes

To schedule, confirm, remind you of or cancel appointments and to reply to your messages. We never use your data for advertising or sell it.

Sharing

Your data is only shared with technical providers needed to run this site (hosting, spam protection and email delivery), who process it on our behalf.

Retention

We keep appointment data for up to 12 months after your last appointment, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or object to the use of your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us via Instagram @gabbynails.art. We will reply within 20 business days.

Any changes to this notice will be posted on this page.
